No Show Policy
A No Show is defined as missing an appointment without canceling at least two hours before the scheduled time.
First No Show will be noted.
Second No Show and every missed appointment thereafter will be assessed a $10 fee.
Payments for 鈥淣o Show鈥 appointments may be made .
